SP Performance Limited Lifetime Warranty
SP Performance rotors are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship, and are guaranteed not to crack for the life of the rotor*.
*The life of the rotor is measured by the minimal thickness. Warranty does not apply to worn out rotors.
Warranty does NOT cover the following:
- Brake noise or squealing.
- Rotors worn to minimum thickness.
- Pulsation caused by other factors such as a faulty caliper, worn out hardware, or excessive brake pad material transfer.
- Damage caused by excessive overheating (bluing) of the rotors.
- Off-road, commercial, or racing applications.
- Improper installation, modification, or product abuse.
- Shipping charges.
Terms and conditions of the warranty:
The warranty must be filed within 30 days of purchase. Save your original receipt. If you have a warranty claim, call us for return authorization. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number on the outside of the box. The original receipt of purchase must be included with the return. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and that the product was installed in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. This warranty does not apply to commercial vehicles or vehicles used in racing.
SP Performance will not pay for any labor or consequential damages or materials which may be necessary for replacement of its products. The warranty is limited to the exchange of the product only, and only after the manufacturers inspection of the defect. No other warranty is hereby given or implied. SP Performance does not accept or assume any liability from damages resulting from errors, changes, or improper installation of its products.
To register this warranty, here is all you have to do:
Fill out the warranty registration online at www.sp-performance.com within 30 days of purchase. Save your original receipt. If you have a warranty claim, call us for a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without having the authorization number on the outside of the box. The original receipt of the purchase must be included with the claim.
To file a claim:
Please call for a return authorization. Original receipt and warranty registration number will be required for the authorization.

- High quality digital photos.
- Runout specifications.
- Vehicle mileage.
If a claim is filed:
The product has to be returned to SP Performance for inspection at the customers expense (shipping is not covered under warranty). The product is inspected for claimed defect, and if the condition of the product is deemed defective, a replacement of the product will be shipped at no charge less shipping. If the condition of the product is determined to be acceptable, no replacement will be given. No packages will be accepted without the authorization number on the box.
